This property is a three-storey Edwardian semi-detached 5-bedroom property where the objective was to remove an existing impractical conservatory and add a modern extension to improve upon a very small kitchen. The timber cladding and black aluminium framed doors and windows provide a modern addition to the rear of our client’s home. The corner window frames and showcases the garden view from the kitchen/lounge. The skylight bathes the seating area with natural light, this alongside the opening double doors builds a strong connection between exterior and interior.
The approachability of Adam, David, and their colleagues was very helpful for us. It was useful to have their take on our ideas-validating them or where they felt necessary challenging them. This was done in a constructive way.
