Morland Avenue

This beautiful property is a locally listed heritage asset designed by Stockdale Harrison, a nationally renowned architect well known for designing buildings in the Domestic and Vernacular Revival style typical to Lecester in the late-Victorian and Edwardian periods.

The proposals reordered the property to accommodate modern family life through sensitive alterations and additions.  The kitchen was relocated to the rear of the property with a connection to the garden via the statement loggia.  One of the key requirements for our clients was to retain and celebrate the traditional and historic features and character of the house. In that spirit any changes needed to be in-keeping with the style of the house.
