Built by the Birmingham Properties Group, the two private apartment buildings provide 46 high end apartments situated right at the heart of Moseley’s vibrant village community. The street front building has a commercial unit at ground floor, whilst the courtyard building houses the secure parking, cycle storage, plant and refuse.
The building was constructed using a lightweight steel frame with load bearing masonry supported above a cast concrete structure at ground floor level and first floor transition slab. A raised terrace is provided over the ground floor parking area between the buildings. The buildings have a classic modern appearance characterised by the large openings clad with stone reveals that match the proportions of the neighbouring properties. The fourth floor is set back from the principal elevations and provides a large balcony terrace with glazed balustrade offering views over the town.
