This domestic extension in Leicester provides a ground floor rear extension, adding space to the existing kitchen to accommodate a new dining area in the family home.
The modern extension is a flat roofed, powder coated aluminium, glazed structure that accommodates the family dining room. Large folding doors open out across the full width of the elevation and provide access to the garden. The design complements the existing building and reflects the proportions of the existing bay window and material tones.
The approachability of Adam, David, and their colleagues was very helpful for us. It was useful to have their take on our ideas-validating them or where they felt necessary challenging them. This was done in a constructive way.
