This proposal contains 44 dwellings sited in south Wales. There is a range of house types presenting options for 2-4 bedrooms per household. The site was historically used as a mine shaft and as such has exclusion zones.
The design respects the surrounding area in term of materials and finish whilst adding a new, attractive offer to the village. The site includes many green spaces and additional areas for biodiversity.
The approachability of Adam, David, and their colleagues was very helpful for us. It was useful to have their take on our ideas-validating them or where they felt necessary challenging them. This was done in a constructive way.
