Victorian hotel in Leicester to be restored to ‘former glory’

Hickman & Smith Architects are proud to have completed the regeneration of Leicester’s Grand Hotel. Now finished, this £900,000 project funded by Historic England and private investment has reintroduced Victorian shopfronts, mosaic tiling, and bespoke ironwork, strengthening the city’s heritage and long-term economic vitality.
